3. Data Utilization (The "Logic Flow")

Your information is utilized strictly for:

  • Asset Deployment: Delivering the digital products and briefings you have acquired.

  • System Optimization: Improving the accuracy of our Pattern-Matching diagnostics.

  • Operational Updates: Providing critical updates to your Logic Infrastructure or notifying you of new intelligence briefings.

4. Third-Party "Handshakes"

We do not sell your data. We only share information with verified partners required to complete a technical "handshake," such as:

  • Certified Lab Partners: When you engage a verified partner to install an asset or conduct a diagnostic audit within your infrastructure.

  • Infrastructure Providers: Essential services required to maintain your access to the Lab’s digital assets.

5. The "Shutdown" Rights (Your Control)

Consistent with our Shutdown Boundary philosophy, you have full control over your data presence:

  • Access & Export: You may request a briefing of the data we hold regarding your business.

  • The "Delete" Command: You may request the permanent removal of your data from our active deployment systems at any time.

  • Communication Filters: You may opt out of intelligence briefings via the "Unsubscribe" logic in any communication.

6. Security Protocols

We implement Institutional-Grade Encryption to protect your data from unauthorized access. Our internal workflows are audited regularly to ensure no "Information Leaks" occur within our infrastructure.

By accessing the Revenue Rescue Lab or acquiring any Logic Asset, you agree to be bound by these terms. This is a formal operational agreement between the Certified Lab Partner and the Client. If you do not agree with this infrastructure, you are not authorized to deploy these assets.

2. Nature of Service: Assets over Services

The Lab provides Logic Assets, Technical Briefings, and Diagnostic Audits. We are not your permanent staff, nor do we provide ongoing "marketing coaching."

  • Deployment: Our products are designed for immediate implementation.

  • Responsibility: The client is responsible for the final execution of any logic provided. The Lab provides the Architectural Blueprint; the client (or their team) acts as the builder.

3. Intellectual Property (The Logic License)

All prompts, frameworks, and "Match Maps" are the proprietary intellectual property of the Lab.

  • Authorized Use: You are granted a non-exclusive license to use these assets within your own business infrastructure.

  • Prohibited Actions: You may not resell, redistribute, or "white-label" Lab assets as your own unless you are a Certified Lab Partner with explicit written authorization.

4. Payment & Refund Logic

Due to the digital nature of Logic Assets and the immediate delivery of intellectual property, all sales are final.

  • The "No-Guesswork" Guarantee: We provide detailed System Specifications for every product so you know exactly what you are installing before purchase.

  • Audit Fees: Fees for The Systems Logic Audit or Sponsorship Intelligence Map are for the research and diagnostic labor performed and are non-refundable once the report is delivered.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Lab provides Logic-Based Frameworks designed to optimize business performance. However, business outcomes depend on market variables, client execution, and external platform stability.

  • The Lab is not liable for fluctuations in third-party software (e.g., GoHighLevel, Skool, Zapier) or changes in external ad-platform algorithms.

  • We provide the "Precision Fix," but we do not guarantee specific financial returns, as implementation remains in the client's control.

6. Operational Boundaries & Availability

The Revenue Rescue Lab is an ecosystem of independent professionals. Each Certified Lab Partner operates according to their own established professional schedule and "Hard Shutdown" protocols.

  • Standard Response Windows: Clients should expect communication and deployment processing during the specific business hours established by their individual Partner.

  • Autonomy of Schedule: The Lab does not enforce a universal availability window; instead, it prioritizes Precision over Speed. Service delivery timelines will be defined in the individual project scope provided by your Certified Lab Partner.

7. Termination of Access

The Lab reserves the right to terminate access to any digital infrastructure if these terms are violated, particularly regarding the unauthorized redistribution of proprietary logic.
